Ambassador Program
Make Noise Today was formed by a dynamic ad agency committed to making a positive impact in our communities. We are seeking talented high school ambassadors to join our team and support our AAPI initiative and non-profit work. As an ambassador, you will have the opportunity to acquire real-world skills in social media and communications while working on meaningful projects that make a difference.

Position Description
Make Noise Today is looking for 2 ambassadors who are excited to make change in their surrounding communities. These individuals should have a passion for racial equity, youth activism, civic engagement and AAPI representation. They should have knowledge of current events and insights within the Gen Z sphere.

Position Responsibilities
Engagement within their school & community to promote MNT
Creation of a Make Noise Today club at your high school
Research & partner with 1 organization that fits with MNT
Research current events and insights for MNT socials
Creation of 2 social media posts (carousel or video) per month
Meet biweekly with an MNT team
Communicate effectively to your manager and MNT team
Skills & Qualifications
Unafraid to speak their mind when it comes to youth activism
Experience in creating social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Experience and knowledge with social media accounts and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Excitement for current events, politics and making change within the youth community
Knowledge with the creation of social media assets (posts, reels, trends)
Comfortability in front of a camera a plus
Ability to craft engaging content that fits MNT mission
Ability to engage, rally and gather others in their communities; leadership skills
Ability to socially engage with different organizations within the community
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
