Born in New Jersey, USA in 1975 — Jeff Ng aka “jeffstaple” is a creative visionary with work encompassing graphic design, fashion design, footwear design, and brand marketing. He founded STAPLE DESIGN STUDIO, INC. in 1997 (@Staple.Design), and has worked on creative projects with partners that include Adidas, Burton, ESPN, HBO, Kia Motors, Levi’s, LVMH, Microsoft, Nike Sony, Timberland, Uniqlo and others. Jeff also founded a now globally respected streetwear brand called STAPLE (@StaplePigeon) that uses the infamous “Pigeon” logo as its mascot. STAPLE is available in over 1,200 points of distribution worldwide. In addition, he founded REED SPACE (@ReedSpace) in NYC — the first experiential lifestyle boutique of its kind in 2002. Subsequently, he partnered with the TGS Group in 2017 to expand his retail footprint with CRUSOE & SONS (@CrusoeAndSons), EXTRA BUTTER (@ExtraButter), RENARTS (@Renarts1981), RISE (@RiseNY) & ROOTED (@Stay_Rooted). Jeff is also a well-regarded thought leader. He is the host of HYPEBEAST’s wildly popular podcast “The Business of HYPE” (@hypebeast) and is one of the most prominent teachers on SKILLSHARE (@skillshare). He is also a frequent moderator, lecturer and keynote speaker at industry panels & corporate events. jeffstaple continues to expand his “Positive Social Contagion” worldwide going on two decades — and counting.

Chef Ross Pangilinan

Ross Pangilinan’s culinary journey began upon graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena when he traveled to France to work in the two Michelin-starred Les Trois Marches in Versailles. At the age of 21, Patina Restaurant Group made him sous chef at Pinot Provence, which led to Patina’s founder, chef Joachim Splichal, appointing him sous chef at the Michelin-starred flagship Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Pangilinan later left to open the fine-dining Italian restaurant Sinatra at the Encore at the Wynn in Las Vegas. He returned to Patina as executive chef at Leatherby's Cafe Rouge at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, where he created innovative Broadway-themed menus for seven years. At the age of 28, Pangilinan was recognized on Zagat’s “30 under 30” Los Angeles list of trailblazers under the age of 30 helping to define the next wave of culinary greatness. Since the opening of his first restaurant in 2016 in Downtown Santa Ana, Mix Mix Kitchen Bar was named the 2017 Restaurant of the Year by Orange Coast Magazine and has garnered praise from Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register, NBC, andModern Luxury. In 2019, Mix Mix Kitchen Bar was awarded the prestigious Bib Gourmandfrom the Michelin Guide. Additionally, in 2019, Pangilinan was named Chef of the Year by the Orange County Business Journal. His second restaurantTerrace by Mix Mix, at South Coast Plaza was named one of the best new restaurants of 2019 by Orange Coast Magazine. Today, he is set to open his third restaurant, ReMix Kitchen Bar, in Long Beach.
