Today, we invite you to stand up, stand out and Make Noise Today with Recipe for Change.

This initiative was developed to help us unite and celebrate our Asian heritage through food, as we view food is an equalizer and often people’s first experience with Asian culture.

With the help of TOYOTA, we chose 3 chefs/restaurateurs around the country, to sponsor to feed frontline and essential workers, as well as the Asian community in need, while sharing a little bit of their cultural heritage with us.

Our host Eddie Huang invites you to explore the personal journeys of Mayly Tao of DK’s Donuts in LA, Nicole Ponseca of Tita Baby’s in New York, and Dennis Lee of Namu Stonepot in San Francisco. These individuals have been selected because they make a difference. They are part of the fabric of their community, and proudly present their stories and Asian culture through food.
