Diana Sabb
Hi my name is Diana and I am from Charleston SC. When I first moved to LA at 18 it was interesting trying to get used to the culture and lifestyle by myself. I really had to go back and remember all the things my mother said such as being true to yourself, working hard, being consistent and knowing your worth.
I have now been in LA for 10 years and have worked in many different areas. My biggest accomplishment has been starting my own event planning company and learning from aspiring planners and mentors. It has helped me grow so much and I have created a community of people that help me.
I began honing my craft in college with events. I enjoy learning the stories of other people and how they have chosen to embark in this life together. Whether it be corporate, wedding and social events for me it is important to make people feel something from a story from a couple, the design, or the atmosphere of being surrounded by different people.
Narrative Plenitude is a global discussion that aims to project more authentic depictions of underrepresented communities in order to break past the one-size fits all story cycle told by mainstream media.
